Use of information collected

SyndicateBlogger uses client information to register their account, fulfill their request and to understand how they are engaging with SyndicateBlogger. We may use such information from time to time to get in touch with client and determine if they are satisfied with the service, product, for billing process, to personalize experience on the SyndicateBlogger website. We may also use the information to reach out to clients with useful information about new or existing products or in relation to especial offers. We may also send information related to upcoming webinars, blog posts, tutorials, whitepapers etc.

SyndicateBlogger never sells or shares client information with individual or companies except for the company/client that shared such information.

SyndicateBlogger also does not aggregate client information or user behavior across multiple website operated by different clients. SyndicateBlogger may use aggregated information for the purpose of internal research to discover how users are engaging with website. SyndicateBlogger may also report such general trend publicly but without disclosing any client user data.

Visitor’s to SyndicateBlogger’s Client’s website

Our clients use customized content-sharing-widget on their website that promotes contents of other websites. Content sharing widget does not collect information related to activities that end-user engages in while visiting the page. But the widget collects the information about activities that end-user performs inside the widget, for example tracking of links that user clicks inside the widget. SyndicateBlogger does not collect Personally Identifiable information from its client’s website including those websites where SyndicateBlogger’s content sharing widget is installed.

SyndicateBlogger uses the information it collects to analyze how website visitors react to content and content-titles served to them through SyndicateBlogger’s content-sharing-widget. This insight helps SyndicateBlogger’s client to modify the content title for best performance. SyndicateBlogger also uses this insight to conduct research and come up with findings that can helps SyndicateBlogger’s client increase their website traffic.

SyndicateBlogger prohibits its clients to send personally sensitive client user data such as religious, political or philosophical beliefs or health information. SyndicateBlogger does not knowingly receive such information.

Our client’s use of SyndicateBlogger’s product, services, software or website

SyndicateBlogger requires that its clients abide with all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to privacy and data collection. SyndicateBlogger also requires that its clients should obtain any necessary consent from their clients relating to privacy policy and data collection where applicable in relation to the use of SyndicateBlogger’s product, services, software or website. SyndicateBlogger also requires that its client post an online privacy policy that clearly outlines practices regarding data collection, use and disclosure in relation to the use of SyndicateBlogger’s product, services, software or website along with the link to the SyndicateBlogger’s Privacy policy.

SyndicateBlogger cannot be held responsible for its client’s failure to make these disclosures on its website or for any Client’s use or collection of Client User Data that is not permitted under this Privacy Policy or otherwise.

Use of cookies and web beacons

SyndicateBlogger uses cookies and web beacons to help identify unique visitors, device, assess usage pattern and traffic analysis. We also use it to identify visitor preference, diagnose problem with our servers, administer SyndicateBlogger’s services, and conduct A/B tests.

If you do not wish SyndicateBlogger to place and use cookies on your computer, you should change the settings on your computer to refuel all cookies before visiting SyndicateBlogger website or any website that uses cookies. Disclosure of information to third parties

Client user data is stored on our servers that are hosted by third part hosting providers. That means our servers are physically located on third party premises. However third part hosting providers are contractually obligated to not to disclose or use SyndicateBlogger’s User Information or Client User Data. They are also obliged to employ adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to such data. Please note that SyndicateBlogger is not responsible in an event whereby Personally Identifiable Information is disclosed at a result of a breach or security lapse by any such third party.

SyndicateBlogger reserves the right to disclose User Information or Client User Data to:

  • Comply with any law, regulation, or legal request
  • Enforce, apply, or investigate breaches of the Terms of Use or other agreements
  • Respond to client requests
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of SyndicateBlogger, our employees, our users, or others

Change of control

In the event whereby SyndicateBlogger or substantially all of its assets, is acquired by another company or successor entity, SyndicateBlogger’s Client Information and/or Client User Data will be one of the assets transferred or acquired by the purchaser or successor. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any purchaser of or successor to SyndicateBlogger or its assets may continue to collect, use and disclose your information acquired prior to such transfer or acquisition as set forth in this policy.

SyndicateBlogger cannot guarantee the security of your information and cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to SyndicateBlogger client accounts.

Children Policy

SyndicateBlogger’s product or services is not directed to children under the age of 18. We knowingly do not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should not attempt to register at SyndicateBlogger. You should also not provide us information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us as provided below. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our servers.

Change in Privacy policy

SyndicateBlogger retains the discretion to amend or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to the way we collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information, we will notify you by posting a clear and prominent announcement on SyndicateBlogger or through a direct communication to your SyndicateBlogger account. For new users, the change or update will become effective upon posting. For existing users, the change or update will become effective 14 days after posting.

Use and disclosure of information we obtain is subject to the later of:
